An Arbor Day Celebration and Tree Planting Ceremony in honor of these winners will take place in Bushnell Park in Hartford, adjacent to the State Capitol, at 10 am on Arbor Day, Friday, April 25th.  Each of the winners is invited to attend, and to read their winning poem or essay.
