How the site looked at the start of the day
Where the day began - CTPA Board members Don Parrott and Dave Slade dig the hole early on Arbor Day, in preparation for planting the tree.  CTPA is very grateful to all who helped make this day possible, including members of the Office of Legislative Management, who worked to approve the tree planting, and the many schools and students who participated in the Essay Contest.
